Aviv Melisron is launching a new campaign for the PARK51 project, which includes two luxury towers in the 'Kiryat Shakim' neighborhood of Herzliya, featuring actress Gwyneth Paltrow. The campaign shows Paltrow waking up in a luxury apartment in New York, but when asked by her driver to go to Central Park, she replies 'Herzliya, Israel'. The aim is to highlight the connection between luxury towers around the world and urban parks, emphasizing quality of life and high construction standards. The project, designed by the architectural firm Avner Yashar, includes 646 residential units of various sizes, a commercial area, and swimming pools. The complex is planned to be green and environmentally friendly, with advanced infrastructure and paths for pedestrians and cyclists. Apartment prices start at 2.695 million shekels for a 2-bedroom unit. The campaign will be advertised on television, outdoor signage, and digital platforms, aiming to attract a new target audience.
