Two Jewish families from Los Angeles made a significant purchase of 11 apartments in a tower in Netanya, in a transaction estimated at about 40 million shekels. The apartments were purchased in the STORY Gali Yam project, developed by the David Azoulay group, and include 9 apartments on the 15th and 18th floors and two penthouses on the 26th floor. The penthouses, each with an area of 150 m², offer 5 rooms and spacious rooftop terraces. The other apartments are 4 and 5 rooms, with areas ranging from 104 to 122 m², and all have a sun balcony. Some of the apartments were purchased for investment, while others are intended for the families' residence, some of whom already live in Netanya. The project is located one kilometer from the beach and includes three towers with about 300 housing units, a planned shopping center on the ground floor, and elements of green construction. David Azoulay noted that the transaction reflects the desire of the Jewish diaspora to strengthen ties with Israel and indicates the stability of the local market.
