He also referred to the purchase tax on apartments for investors, which will remain in effect until February, and proposed taxing rental income from the first shekel instead of raising the purchase tax. The CEO of the Ministry of Housing, Yehuda Morgenshtern, noted that the apartment market has not been affected by the tax, and supply continues. Additionally, the Deputy Attorney General, Carmit Yulis, announced an update to Standard 15, which will regulate issues related to the unification and division of public spaces. The planning administration is planning to propose laws that will shorten the approval process for building plans, with the aim of streamlining the process.
