Ramat Poleg, established in the 1970s, is considered a wealthy and sought-after neighborhood, but has experienced a decline in status in recent years due to the aging of buildings and the establishment of the adjacent Ir Yamim neighborhood. Apartment prices in Ir Yamim are higher, but there are no cottages, giving Ramat Poleg an advantage in this area. Appraiser Eyal Nakav noted that the price of the cottage is slightly below the norm for the area, mainly due to its proximity to dense construction, but is still within the usual price range for the neighborhood. Similar cottages in better locations are selling for higher prices, indicating potential for price appreciation of the property in the future.
