A luxury penthouse located on Osishkin Street in Tel Aviv was recently sold for 45 million shekels, a transaction carried out by Sotheby's Israel Real Estate. The property, covering approximately 358 m², includes five bedrooms, two living rooms, three kitchens, balconies totaling 99 m², four parking spaces, and two storage rooms. The sellers, a Belgian family, decided to sell the property after withdrawing from their plan to immigrate to Israel, while the buyers are an Israeli couple in their 60s. The closing price reflects about 110.4 thousand shekels per m², indicating strong demand for luxury properties in Tel Aviv, even in an era of economic uncertainty. The company's agents, Eli Taieb and Gil Marciano, noted that the property offers a private villa feel with an open view of Yarkon Park and the sea, enhancing its attractiveness in the real estate market.
